DHL parcel collection and delivery

Parcel collection comes as standard within the price - including the option, for added convenience, of having DHL collect your parcel from a different location than your billing address. Once you've packed your parcel, booked your delivery and paid, DHL will collect your parcel as quickly as the next working day or up to five working days later - the choice, again, is yours.

Parcels sent to destinations within the UK, Europe and the Channel Islands are usually delivered either the next working day after collection or on the following working day. Deliveries to the USA, Canada and rest of the world can take between one and six working days.

Prices for UK parcel deliveries start from £11.95 including VAT, with shipment usually taking one to two days. For UK deliveries, prices are based solely on the weight of the parcel, subject to limits. Parcels must measure no longer than 150cm on any side and be no bigger than 0.23 cubic metres in volume (their site calculates volume automatically when you enter your parcel's dimensions).
